This class of membership caters to anyone interested in as well as looking for a job in the maritime industry. By signing up as
one of our Mariner members, you can subscribe to Job Alert service, manage and store your resumé online which allows potential employers or any
recruitment agency to search and contact you directly. You can also apply for job anytime and anywhere
with your portable resumé, and get personalised Directory, Dictionary and Quick Poll Manager.
You will be entitled to 10 free coupons to contact marine companies through our directory system.

- Business membership
This class of membership caters to any marine companies or organisations. As our members,
you have access to services and online tools such as Market Ads Manager, Job Ads Manager, Inventory Manager, Marketplace Alert, Business Profile Listing, Event Manager, Add Link, personalised Directory and Dictionary, Quick Poll Manager, etc.
In addition, you will be credited with 50 free coupons to contact marine companies through our directory system, and 50 free coupons each for posting Job Ads and Classified Ads.
? What equipment and system do I need to use MIN?
All you need is a PC capable of running any web browser and an access to the World Wide Web. The following points should be noted:
- Although the website was optimised with Chrome/ Firefox / Microsoft Edge, it is best viewed with
Firefox in 800 x 600 resolution screen or more.
- Cookies should be enabled.
? What should I do if I have no e-mail account?
The most convenient, easy and secured web-based e-mail account can be opened with either

? Why do I need to confirm my e-mail address?
For Business members, you will receive an e-mail once you've completed membership registration.
This is a security measure to ensure that unauthorised use of someone's e-mail address is not allowed.
Once you click on the link in the e-mail, you will be prompted to enter your password to confirm
your e-mail address.
? What if I forgot my login password?
If you have forgotten your password, simply click "Forgot Your Password?" link to reset your password.
This will send you an e-mail to your e-mail address registered in our system.
Alternatively you can reset your password by answering your security question which will then allow you to reset directly online.
If you still have difficulty to reset your password, please contact us for further instruction.
? I can't login and access members' only services after submitting the membership form?
Although you may have successfully registered as members online, you are still required to activate your account
by verifying that your registered e-mail address is active. In order to do that, you are required to login to your own e-mail account (e.g. Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, etc.)
and click on the hyperlink given in the e-mail. Once you have confirmed your e-mail account is correct, you will then be able to
login directly in your subsequent visits.
Note that if you do not receive the activation e-mail, in most cases the reasons are probably one of the followings:-
It has been sent to your Spam or Junk E-mail folder, please check;
Your e-mail account is not active especially for web-based e-mail types, please login to confirm it is active;
Your e-mail address given is not correct, please check your entry again;
The anti-spam program installed in your office's e-mail server may have rejected it, you may wish to add our domain min.sg in your Safe List or consult your office administrator;
Due to slow internet connectivity, there may be some time delay in receiving
our e-mail. Please give it more time.

? I am a Business member, how do I get full access to all the services?
To obtain approved Business member status, please fax us a copy of your membership registration on your company's letterhead
