For Recruiter, Business registration is necessary for posting the ads. Simply login and click on
"Job Ads Manager" link
to start submitting your vacancy ads online now. Once the form is submitted, the ad goes
"live" immediately for 1 ~ 3 months. It's FREE.
You can post as often as you like. However, all ads must be related to shipping and maritime industry.
? Can the interested candidates contact me directly?
Yes, the interested parties can get in touch with you using the contact details provided by you
when you fill up the post-a-vacancy form. You can enter your postal address,
phone, fax or e-mail address as required.
Where e-mail address is given in your ad, the interested parties can contact you online through our system.
Our message exchange system enables both parties to retain confidentiality until either party is ready to disclose
further information. When a message is sent by an interested party, you will receive an e-mail notification to view the message online without
knowing the sender's e-mail address. If you choose to respond, the other party will still be able to

? How many times can I edit or renew my ads?
You can edit or renew your ads as many times as you wish. No limit is imposed.
? Can I suspend my ad?
Yes. Suspension of ads means that the affected ads will not be
displayed online although their records are still kept in your account. At any time, the suspended ads
can be reactivated and published online. In the case of deleted ads, the records will be permanently erased
from your account and can not be recovered.
? What is Premium Ad listing?
Premium ads are listed above all basic ads ensuring that your ads will stand out and be noticed.
Each premium ad will be displayed at the top section above all other listings.
Besides serving as classifieds, Premium listing increases your company's image and brand as your company's logo can be displayed
together with the ad.
? How can I upgrade my ad to Premium listing?
After submission of your ad details online, you will have the option to upgrade
your ad to Premium listing.
Where your ads have been published for some time, the ad to be upgraded will first have
to be edited or renewed and then you will have the option to upgrade.
? Any difference between the Basic and Standard Ad format?
Beside the difference in the display format, when you upgrade to Premium listing from
Basic ad, your Premium listing will only indicate your company and the job title offered.
