HELLO SIR/MA,
I`M ADDRESSING YOU THIS WORLDWIDE ISSUE THAT IS AFFECTING MILLIONS OF DREAMER OF GOING TO SEA.YOU SEE THE TRAINING IS NOT AS WELL MANAGED VERY WELL IN OTHER COUNTRY.MOST ESPECIALLY PEOPLE FROM THIRD WORLD COUNTRY.TRAINING IN MARINE INDUSTRY IS AS LOW AS FOOT MAT.
I THINK IMO/TRAINING COMPANIES AND AGENCIES SUPPOSED TO COME TO OUR RESCUE THIS TIME AROUND.
OR WHAT DO YOU SAY THERE?

I HAVE TO ACCEPT THAT POOR MARITIME TRAINING FOR SEAFARTHER IS STILL A SERIOUS PROBLEM IN THIRD WORLD COUNTRY. THIS IS NOTHING TO DO WITH SEAMAN. BUT THE FAILURE OF AUTHERITY.
